It must include the diplomas, certificates, and any other information that can allow the jury to asses the nature and level of his studies.

Administrative and V.E.S procedures

A request for Higher Education Validation can be done through these steps :

1) Information, counsel, orientation:
Candidates are invited to contact Ensai's Board of Studies to obtain an interview with a counselor in order to determine their request's coherence, and to specify the procedure's practical form. This interview can be done by email, phone or by meeting.

2) The V.E.S positionning dossier:
An application dossier must be filled in, and must contain :
- The candidate's record of legal status
- Curriculum vitae
- Title of the diploma
- List of class exemptions one wants and of training that justify those exemptions
- Sworn statement
- Cover letter
This dossier will include several documents which will help formulating the request
- the applicable decree for V.E.S.
- dates for filing of the dossier
- an overview of the administrative procedures

It will also list the documents the candidate has to produce.

3) Validation:
The V.E.S allows one to obtain all or part of a natinal universitary diploma.
The diploma's jury proceeds to exaamine the dossier, and may request an interview with the candidate in order to clarify some points. By deliberation, it determies the knowledge and skills that were obtained with regards to the specified diploma, and taking into account if needed, specific legistative conditions and regulations. The jury's decision in granting the extent of the diploma's validation (which can be full, partial or rejected). It can give recommendations or advice in order to facilitate the candidate's further studies. The decision is then ratified by Ensai's director, or his legal representative, and the Registrar's office then delivers the diploma.

4) Price:
Dossier fees: 150€  + Master's degree enrollment fee (254€ for 2013/2014)
