Back to School 2018-2019: Administrative Registration Procedures
You have accepted your admissions offer at ENSAI...
Congratulations and welcome to the ENSAI family! You have received an email explaining the various procedures required for registration (check your spam folder). Here is what you need to do before your arrival at ENSAI
- Pay the CVEC (Contribution Vie Etudiante et Campus). This procedure is required for all degree-seeking Engineer Statistician and Masters students. It must be paid online at: CVEC.Etudiant.gouv.fr. You will need to provide your INE (sent to you by email) and follow the procedures online to obtain a certificate (attestation). The cost is 90€. Depending on your status, you may be exempted from paying this fee. Upon reception of the certificate of payment, send the document to Philippe Couloigner (philippe.couloigner[@]ensai.fr).
- Log on to ENSAI's Environnement numérique de travail (ENT): you will find your login in the email mentioned previously.
- Fill in your information under the Pamplemousse tab, the online information management system used at ENSAI. Please read the guides carefully to complete this procedure (1A, 2A, or 3A). The information you provide must be complete and exact. Take your time to do this properly now as the issuance of student ID cards, certificates of enrollment, and other important documents depends on accurate information being provided.
- Move on to the Suivi du dossier menu to accept authorizations, read policies and procedures, provide CVEC certificate, apply for financial aid (if applicable), or pay tuition and fees.
These steps will be verified during the first days of the back to school program and orientation. Anticipate and do not wait until the last minute to complete these procedures.
Have a great 2018 - 2019 academic year at ENSAI!
